Lexus has earned a well-deserved reputation for turning out utterly refined luxury vehicles. Originally launched by Toyota in the fall of 1989, Lexus represents the company’s effort to create a world-class luxury-car brand. In the years since its inception, Lexus has distinguished itself time and again in quality and reliability surveys. Lexus may not offer as much passion as its rivals tend to evoke, but for drivers interested in vehicles that emphasize quality, dependability and comfort, the Lexus marque simply can’t be beat. I have had both the sporty SC300 coupe (1 of my all time favorites), and the mammoth LX450 SUV and I can attest to both their quality and dependability. Lexus truly does live up to their famous tag line, the Relentless Pursuit of Perfection
