Alfa Romeo has had a long sorted, somewhat turbulant history. Originally started in France in the early nineteen hundreds by noted car manufacturer Alexandre Darracq, it was later sold to Italian manufacturer Italian Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili. In 1915, Nicola Romeo, a skilled engineer took the helm and created the brand we know today. Financial turmoil through the years, multiple changes in ownership but through it all, the Alfa marque has remained true to its racing heritage originally instilled by Enzo Ferrari.
